If the patient is any male, between 45 y and 75 y of age, diagnosed with any of the diseases with code icd9:428, and not taking drugs with code atc:C09AA05, (Note: Not Allergy:Altace) then consider the following:- Recommendation: Consider ACEI to reduce risk of heart failure

Dxcodes could also be icd9:4280

I don't know how to add another Dxcode to the XML so I just copied and created another guideline! Someday we have to write a manual to help others how to write this stuff.
