If the patient is between 25 y and 95 y of age, not diagnosed with the diseases with code icd9:4438, icd9:4379, cd9:4109, icd9:428, icd9:402, icd9:414, icd9:435, and taking any drugs with code atc:C10AA05, atc:C10AA07, atc:C10AA01, then consider the following:

• Recommendation: Statin has very small benefit in CVS prevention: Arch Intern Med. 2010;170(12):1024-1031.
